Anti-Slip GRP Encapsulated Plywood Panels

GRP encapsulated plywood panels combine the structural strength of WPB plywood with the durability, moisture resistance and slip resistance of a fully bonded GRP outer layer. The encapsulation process seals all faces and edges of the panel, helping to prevent water ingress, swelling and deterioration that can occur with untreated plywood products.

The panels are widely used for access walkways, platforms, ramps, service areas, transport infrastructure and industrial flooring applications where a lightweight, rigid and anti-slip panel system is required.

Available in a range of thicknesses, colours and grit finishes, panels can be supplied in standard sheet sizes or fabricated to project-specific dimensions with cut-outs, penetrations and fixing details where required.

Moisture Resistance & Lightweight Construction

Unlike untreated plywood, GRP encapsulated panels are sealed on all faces and edges to help prevent moisture ingress and long-term deterioration. The combination of a plywood core and GRP outer skin provides a lightweight but rigid panel that is easier to handle and install than many solid GRP alternatives.
