Anti-Slip GRP Floor Sheets

GRP anti-slip floor sheets provide a durable walking surface for concrete, steel, timber and existing floor finishes. Manufactured with an integral gritted surface, they are commonly specified where additional slip resistance is required without replacing the existing substrate.

Bespoke GRP Flooring Panels

GRP flooring panels can be manufactured to project-specific dimensions, colours, grit finishes and resin requirements. This is often required where standard sheet sizes need to be modified, where access details are irregular, or where a particular fire performance, chemical resistance or visual requirement must be achieved.

Panels can be supplied cut to size for walkways, ramps, working platforms, service areas and retrofit flooring projects. Grit level, colour and resin type should be selected according to the operating environment, expected foot traffic and any project-specific compliance requirements.

GRP Chequer Plate Flooring

GRP chequer plate flooring provides an alternative textured surface where a patterned finish is preferred over a fully gritted sheet. Teardrop and five-bar patterns are available, with options for increased thickness where a more robust flooring panel is required.

Chequer plate panels are commonly used in plant rooms, walkways, loading bays, access routes and internal platforms. Resin systems such as vinyl ester or Atlac can be specified where increased chemical resistance is required.

Panels can be supplied in modular tile formats to reduce fixing points and simplify installation across larger floor areas.

Chequer plate flooring can be manufactured to project requirements, including panel dimensions, thickness, colour, resin system and surface pattern.

GRP Tactile Flooring Panels

GRP tactile flooring panels are used to provide visual and underfoot hazard warning surfaces within public infrastructure and transport environments. Typical applications include railway platforms, pedestrian crossings, access ramps and stair approaches where DDA-compliant warning surfaces are required.

Tactile panels can be supplied as individual tiles, strips or larger multi-tile panels. This modular format helps reduce installation time while allowing panels to be selected according to colour, thickness, substrate and expected footfall.

GRP Stair Tread Covers

GRP stair tread covers are available for the refurbishment of existing concrete, timber and steel staircases. Manufactured with an anti-slip gritted surface and high-visibility nosing, they are commonly specified for industrial facilities, public buildings, transport infrastructure and external access routes.

Stair tread covers are commonly used to upgrade worn, damaged or slippery staircases without the need to remove the existing structure. Installation can typically be carried out directly onto concrete, steel or timber stair treads using adhesive, mechanical fixings or a combination of both.
